My husband is a tattoo artist and we have our fair share of ink, so it was no surprise when my toddler starting asking pretty early for his own. He's obviously much too young for the real thing but I'm all for the temporary kind. Um, yeah. That was before I checked the ingredient lists and realized most of the available designs I could find we're a little too intense for his
years year. Enter Tattoos for Tots.
Two Mama's joined forces to create cool, colorful, temporary tattoos that are age appropriate for toddlers. Each kid friendly design, be it flower or pirate ship, is imprinted with it's name so your little one can associate the name with the object and make connections between letters and sounds. (If only we could all say that about our tattoos). And best yet is that Tattoos for Tots [$4.00] are non-toxic, contain FDA approved colors, and are made in the good ol' USA .
Of course an excited little boy who just can't wait to have a dump truck on his belly won't sit long enough for it to get there, but with these babies one wet swipe and they peel and stick perfectly. And if your little one wants it off before it wears away a little bit of baby oil will do the trick. All the coolness, no regrets- but be warned, they're just as addictive as the real thing.
